Nitin Sharma
Nitin is a seasoned finance professional with experience across investment banking, entrepreneurship, and financial advisory. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and JBIMS, he has worked with institutions including Yes Bank, Deutsche Bank, and ICICI Bank, and has also founded a startup in the mobility sector.
At Mergen Advisors, Nitin brings strategic judgment, deal-making expertise, and a founder’s perspective to supporting growing businesses.
Sandeep Mathur
Sandeep is a senior finance professional with over two decades of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and founder-led advisory. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has worked with leading institutions including Yes Bank, Barclays, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and ICICI Bank.
